As a fractional CTO and CISO, I bring over 20 years of experience leading global infrastructure and cybersecurity at firms like Citadel and Balyasny. I’ve built and secured platforms supporting multi-billion-dollar investment operations, low-latency trading, and global teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
My focus is simple: align technology with the business, reduce risk, and deliver results. Whether it’s cloud transformation, cybersecurity strategy, regulatory readiness, or operational resilience, I provide hands-on leadership to assess, design, and execute. I have deep familiarity with regulatory expectations across key jurisdictions and understand how to translate those requirements into practical, audit-ready solutions.
I also bring extensive experience working with IT managed service providers (MSPs)—helping firms select the right partners, establish clear accountability, and build strong, effective relationships that deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
